But for most of us, at one time or another, our bodies are not fully equipped to keep up with our desires and plans. The most common barriers are strength, flexibility, energy and pain. But it does not have to stay that way. Georgia Black's sole purpose is to help you develop the strength, flexibility and energy to live vibrantly and do the things you love. We understand that every person is unique and the path to a vibrant and active life is different for each of us. This is why we create individualised plans to help you strengthen your body to live a life you love.

Meet Georgia

Georgia Black is a Sydney based Physiotherapist who is passionate about living a vibrant and active life. She grew up in an active family and played sport from a young age and still does on a weekly basis. Her interest in sports and wellbeing lead her to study physiotherapy which she completed with Honours in 2006. From there she has worked in hospitals, private practice and with professional sporting teams. Her passion to inspire people to live vibrant lives only increased when she became a mum which motivated her to deepen her knowledge of the factors that contribute to a happy and healthy life.
